On the bottom of the screen you will find a note stating that the site contents are owned, maintained and updated by Department of Information and Public Relations.

If the listless site disappoints you, still don't leave. For you may fritter away once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Now, just activate the "Organisations"hyperlink and it will present a gamut of links to state organisations starting from accountant general (Accounts), UP to UP Tourism.
